Terms and Conditions for Kode Aap

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services offered by Kode Aap Inc. (“Kode Aap,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Kode Aap provides technology consulting and development services including but not limited to full-stack application development, prototype development, design and user experience, quality assurance, and deployment and maintenance services.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables in a timely manner
- Pay all fees as specified in the service agreement
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all applicable fees, you will receive ownership rights to the deliverables as specified in your service agreement. Kode Aap retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, tools, methodologies, and know-how used to create the deliverables.
5. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your information and will not disclose confidential information to any third party except as required to provide our services or as required by law.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension and late fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kode Aap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
8. Warranty and Disclaimer
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement as specified in the contract terms. Upon termination, you remain liable for all fees incurred up to the date of termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
